Country Manager (俄罗斯，葡萄牙，西班牙，德国)

Job Purpose:
Integrated in our Global Expansion Department, based in LITB Headquarters in Beijing, the Country Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in [COUNTRY] and coordinate with Global Expansion Director and other Team Leaders to guarantee the achievement of sales and growth targets.
Job Duties:
· With a clear marketing and sales orientation, the main duty will be to research market trends in order to identify new products and services that could potentially be offered in any of our B2C or B2B sites.
· Monitor and research new channels, competitors and global situation of e-commerce in [COUNTRY].
· Provide reports, and any other valuable information that can contribute to better adapt LITB products to customer´s habits and expectations in [COUNTRY].
· Elaborate a local promotion calendar and propose specific promotions for [COUNTRY].
· Monitor service quality and coordinate with Customer Service Manager and other Team Leaders to guarantee customer service standards; analyzing and proposing actions to solve quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.

Handle Pressure, Teamwork and Comfortable in a highly changing environment
Excellent level of English is a MUST
Business or Engineering Major preferred
Master´s Degree is a plus
Advanced user of MS Office
Highly interested in e-business and internet
Candidates with a good command of a third language (preferably Chinese) and with previous demonstrable working experience will be given preference
