Position: Business Development Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing

Role Summary：
The successful candidate would have sold a combination of Consultancy and Product and would need to demonstrate experience of selling complex software solutions and the ability to communicate the benefits of our proposition.
Required Experience Must Include:
Experience of selling complex e-business software solutions.
Experience of selling into the retail sector.
Must have a vendor background, not reseller.
Personal attributes should include:
High degree of self motivation, honesty and integrity.
Focus on quality.
Top class interpersonal skills.
Assertive, dynamic and above all passionate about selling.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
Providing accurate and reliable forecasting and overall territory management.
Persistent focus on customer success and satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
