Full time line manager for general solution for four function areas including business administration, Integration ,end user service and business intelligence for APAC EAST
The Manager has the overall responsibility for part of the organisation in terms of:
- Delivery responsibility
- · Reaching targets
· Developing the operation
· Supporting the development of employees
· Creating an inspiring climate
· Long term development in line with company strategy
· Support the build-up of Financial Service domain
l Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or related majors.
l Proven leadership skills in management positions, excellence in people management
l Experienced in application development and maintenance.
l Experience of running business with financial responsibility
l Working in MNC and multi-cultural environment is a must.
l Strong capability of English communication
l Strong ownership and follow up. Fast learner and self-motivator. Excellent teamwork skills
l Excellent communication skills
l Willing to travel
l Experience from leading global distributed teams as a plus
l Experienced in automotive Finical company and related business processes as a plus
