Organization Structure and Interfaces
Reports directly to Partner
Responsibilities
- Managing case
- Lead execution of transactions
- Develope new deal sourcing, execution,and exit.
- Oversee financial models, due diligence and investment memorandum
- Assist in fund raising and investors's relations
- Lead portfolio management and exit
Qualifications
- Prior private equity or investment banking experience preferred
- Expertise in clean or traditional energy preferred
- Minimum 10 years investment and exit experience in China or Asia
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with business partners
- Fluent in Chinese and English
