Positions 6 for Ipsos Business Consultant BJ&SH team: Consultants
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (Report to Senior Manager or Manager)

Job Description

Project Management (25%)
        Manage all types of projects and their execution
        Manage project fee, time, resources, team members
        Provide client liaison
        Conduct project presentation
        Supervise project team members

Project Execution (55%)
        Conduct research and review
        Conduct interviews, analysis, interpretation and recommendations
        Liaise with outsourcers and RAs when necessary
        Perform consultancy advice for recommendations and write reports
        Oversee report writing and conduct project presentation

Business Development (10%)
        Perform business development with new clients when required
        Conduct BC credentials presentations to clients
        Prepare proposals for clients
        Contribute articles for PR purposes

Staff Development (10%)
        Provide Staff development and training
        Mentor new staff
Note: Sales Targets will only be assigned to SBAs who are projected for promotion to Manager role as a performance target.

Key Competencies
        Specific or cross Industry knowledge
        Acquire experience in business / marketing consultancy, research and analysis
        Capable of managing and executing mid size and multi-countries consulting or research projects
        Excellent communication and presentation skills
        Strong analytical and report writing skills

Experience
        3 to 5 years, next level Manager

BUSINESS ANALYST (Report to Manager)

Job Description

Project Management (20%)
        Manage small scale projects
        Manage project on fee, time, resources, team members
        Provide client liaison

Project Execution (75%)
        Conduct research and review
        Conduct interviews, analysis, interpretation and recommendations
        Liaise with outsourcers and RAs when necessary
        Write reports
        Conduct project presentation
        Ensure project deliverables are in order
        Supervise LIS, ABAs and interns in project support

Business Development (5%)
        Conduct Credentials Presentation
        Assist in proposal writing

Key Competencies
        Capable of executing mid size and multi-countries consulting or research projects
        Excellent communication skills
        Strong analytical and report writing skills
        Comprehensive understanding and use of key analytical models
        Strong understanding of statistical tools and ability to create forecasting models

Experience
        1 to 3 years, next level Senior Business Analysis
