Kinds of Biology Ph. D. required!
Followed is 3 of the most urgent positions for Global Pharma Company's R&D Center:
*1 Sceintist in Pathology:
More than one year hands-on experience in histopathological skills (paraffin embedding, paraffin sectioning, immuniohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, donfocal microscopy, and electron microscopy, imaging analysis) is highly preferred.
Strong background in meuroimmunology, neuroscience or neurodegenerative disorders is also prederred.
*2 Scietist in Oncology I
At least 6 years of working experience in modern molecular biology technologies, including, but not limited to:
* phospho-protein assays by Western blotting, ELISA and immunoprecipitation
* DNA and RNA preparation from FFPE tissue blocks and frozen tissues
* quantitation assay for genetic materials by real time qPCR
* multiplexed protein assays (i.e. Luminex or MDS, etc.)
* antibody and tissue microarraying
* DNA sequencing technologies (i.e. Sequenom or Illumina Deep-Sequencing, etc.) as well as high through-put RNA/DNA quantitation assays (i.e. MassARRAY® QGE and Affymetrix microarray, etc.) are highly desired
* cell-based assays and virus-mediated RNAi technology are a plus
*3 Scientist in Oncology II
Expertise in microscopic characterization of the histology/pathology of human tumors and examination for biomarker expression on tissue sections:
• At least 3 years of working experience in the preparation of microscopic slides including tissue processing, paraffin block sectioning, H&E staining, immunohistochemistry staining and in situ hybridization assays
• Good experience with automated systems for sample processing, image acquisition and subsequent semi-quantitative image analysis and data visualization (working experience with Ventana, Aperio and Sprectrum is a plus)
• Experience in working in a GLP environment is desirable
• Experience in qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA technologies is a plus
