Supply Chain Development and Strategic Planning Manager

Your Tasks

-   Set up mid-long term supply chain strategic roadmap at corporate, business division, business units and function level

-   Provide and improve the management and operation solutions of supply chain across China

-   Be responsible for inventory budgeting and controlling in line with optimal requirements and demand

-   Be responsible for supply chain headcount and cost budgeting & cost controlling.

-   Be responsible for the performance target setting and cascading

-   Provide SCM drive and contribution to Corporate new business initiatives

-   Build up professional relationship with all related government authorities to ensure import/export business goes smoothly in a legal/effective way.

 

Your Profile

-   University degree with major in supply chain or related

-   More than 12 years of work experience in the supply chain area at multinationals

-   More than 6 years of management experience in industrial/automotive business

-   Broad & extensive supply chain management experience (Demand Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Production Planning, Customer Service / Distribution)

-   strong experience of supply chain strategy development and implementation

-   Experience in strategy, management consulting firms is a plus

-   Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
