2.0              JOB SUMMARY

 

²       EHS management

 

3.0       KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

3.1    Education

 

²       Bachelor degree or above with major in safety/environment or equivalent discipline

 

3.2       Knowledge / Skills

 

²       Strong knowledge of EHS Administration

²       Strong knowledge of all EHS procedures and requirements

²       Knowledge Fire fighting and prevention

²       Knowledge of all EHS procedures and requirements
Strong leadership skills to drive initiatives

²       Familiar with the government regulations regarding EHS issues

²       Familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems

²       Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

²       Ability to work well in a team

²       Good command of both written and spoken English

²       Good command of PC skills

 

      

3.3               Specific Experience

 

²           More than 5 years EHS working experience in manufacturing, new founded company experience is preferred

²           At least 2 years team management experience

 

3.0              KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited)

 

²           Ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment in the factory

²           Drive compliance to all Environment, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate and legal norms and regulations

²           drive awareness programs and EHS initiatives

²           Evaluate the safety hazards or accidents, analysis the possible cause and set up precaution measures

²           Be responsible for implementation and follow-up of Zero accidents

²           Monitor and follow-up the internal working environment

²           Be responsible for maintaining the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems

²           Liaison with government and other bodied for EHS issues

²
