-Testing of present raw material by laboratory production
-Testing of raw material from new alternative supplier
-Modifying of the existing product recipes for local raw materials
-Optimizing of our products for special customer needs
-Testing of the competitors’ products
Qualification:
-Master degree above with major in chemical;
-5 years working experience in Applied Chemistry is must, can make ployer emulsion and dispositions, especially, Polyacrlate or ployacrylatestyrene;
-Must be Technology Driven;

-Look for and find immerging market, build and keep relationship with new customers.
-Communicate with customers, continous develop the business.
-In charge of sales and technical service.
-Achieve sales and collection targets that are deployed.
-Help to explore the market needs and develop the marketing plan, implement advertising and promotion in territory.
-Help maintain order plan on a monthly basis (including forecast).
-Select competitors and market information feed back to the manager.
-Any other possible jobs assigned by superintendent.
Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree with major in chemical engineering.
-Over 3 years sales/service related working experience.
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Computer literate
-Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Result oriented and able to work under pressure.
