offers the most extensive range of safety, control and regulation components
for central heating systems, domestic heat water, fluids and household
appliances, which covers practically the whole world market. The company’s market/customer-oriented
organizational structure is based on three business
units: Heating and plumbing, Thermoelectric safety, Water heating. The Heating & plumbing
unit creates the most profit among them, which posses over 90% of the market
share in Europe. The company
has 2 manufacturing plants, one is in Brazil
and another one locates in China,
which employees more than 200 staffs.
The group has been performed very well since
it entered China 10 years ago,
it achieved Turnover of RMB150 million in 2011, until now it has possessed more
than 35% of the market share in the cookers industry in China market.
Due to its determination to develop China
operation, our client is now looking for two high calibers to fill the newly
created sales positions – sales Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales plan: Prepare the annual sales plan and monthly forecast. Conduct follow up and control, propose necessary corrective actions. Monitoring of products-market: Monitor the competition and market situation, identifying demands and new opportunities. Manage relationships with clients in order to get most updated knowledge of the market - Credit policy: Participate in the definition of annual credit policy. Define policy of price and sales conditions - Sales : Complete the sales objectives, visit clients, analyze demands, control delayed payments, control the level of product and service quality, manage incidents, client inquiries and requests - Continuing improvement: Develop mechanism and process to improve the client satisfaction level according to the objectives - Committees: Lead and/or actively participate meetings for improvement and/or problem solving, as well as in other meetings that are considered appropriate -Team management: Supervise, coordinate and motivate the team, following up the training plans and proposing corrective actions. Communicate the objectives to the team and establish the needs in terms of resources needed to achieve the objectives -Commercial Committee and Management Plan: Participate the Commercial Committee, cooperating in the preparation of plan of the unit. Prepare the management plan and cost budget of his responsibility area and be in charge of follow ups and control, as well as propose necessary corrective action WORK RELATION & PLACE • Report to: General Manager in Kunshan • Location of work base: Guangdong and Ningbo
