Responsibilities:
    • Business development for new clients.
    • Make search lists of target companies and candidates.
    • Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.
    • Making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews.
    • Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
    • In depth analyze and draw the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
    • Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.
    • Make cold calls to unknown candidates.
    • Support the Manager to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management.
    • Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
    • Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.
     
To be successful in this role, you will have the following background and qualities:
    • Bachelor or above
    • Above 2 years related working experience, specialized in the industries of manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, oil & gas, energy, chemical, machinery, FMCG or related
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation
    •  Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
