（2011届），主要负责：
q Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc property market research of both China in general as well as various sectors and cities;
q Assist in completion of a wide range of research tasks and duties including research program of on-going investment projects and tabulating analytical reports;
q Assist in creating and up-keep of the databases relating to property market and other business information;
q Assist in preparing management reports and presentations;
q Review market research reports prepared by other consultants.
要求：
1、男性、本科及以上学历，理工科或地产类相关专业毕业；
2、英文书面精通，口语较好；
3、有较好的分析和判断能力，对房产行业有兴趣。
