战略联盟与海外推进事业部是东软拓展海外高端客户业务,及建立并保持与全球领先厂商之间长期稳定的合作关系的公司级部门。部门主要的业务范畴涵盖东软几乎全部国内外区域、行业解决方案线、国际业务线,以及产品线,客户遍及北美,日本,欧洲,及亚太等国家地区。
海外业务推进及联盟主要负责的基本工作如下:
海推:
1. 组织制定公司在欧美市场及GA(Global Account)客户的业务拓展策略
2. 拓展海外市场国际客户及中国市场的GA客户,在业务拓展过程中展示公司领域专业能力,以获取新客户,并在已有业务的基础上不断开发新的业务
3. 组织并配合业务单元及国内国际大区进行市场策划及相关市场活动的实施
4. 作为各个国际大区在总部的接口,提升公司整体面向欧美高端客户组织级对应能力
5. 梳理并整合公司内部资源,与各业务单元一起完成对高端客户的销售执行和管理过程,并实现商业模式创新
随着海推近几年业绩翻倍增加以及在国际业务上扮演的重要角色,海推正在成为公司全球化进程中不可或缺的推进组织
联盟:
1. 根据公司的业务发展需求及公司的技术战略和策略,调动合作伙伴的市场、技术和研发资源,保证公司技术战略和策略的顺利实现,并持续优化联盟伙伴布局,完善联盟生态系统
2. 维护并挖掘公司级的合作伙伴,制定和执行联盟伙伴的合作策略、管理制度、并不断根据新的形势加以更新和修正,保证公司级合作伙伴的正常合作。
3. 针对不同的厂商,理顺合作重点,与相关业务单元共同制定全年商业计划
4. 加强公司业务在全球市场的联动,构建业务联动的战略联盟模式
5. 促进开放式技术创新,获取合作伙伴有效的技术资源,支持创新业务领域的研发
6. 根据合作现状和国内国际的IT环境,分析合作伙伴的资源和策略,每季度为公司提供有指导价值的信息情报和决策支持报告

International Business Development Division (IBDD)
IBDD is the Neusoft corporate level division who is mainly focusing on developing oversea high-level clients’ businesses, setting up and maintaining long and stable cooperate relationship between global leading partners. IBDD’s business mainly covers both Neusoft external and internal industries, industry solution, international business industries, product industries around in North America, Japan, Europe, Asia-Pacific and other countries.
Business Development and strategic alliance main work are in the following
Business Development:
6. Organize and prepare business development strategies of global account clients in the both American and European markets.
7. Develop international clients and global account clients in oversea markets and Chinese markets respectively. Show corporate professional ability during the business development process to win the new clients and develop the new business on the base of present business
8. Organize and coordinate with business divisions and domestic and international areas to implement marketing plan and other market activities
9. Promote organizational abilities of corporate comprehensively face high-level clients of American and European in connecting international areas of the headhunter
10. Collect and integrate Neusoft internal resources, accomplish high-level clients' sales execution and management process with corporate divisions to implement business model creation
Business Development team plays more and more important role with the double performance in the international business. Business development team will become indispensible development organization in the process of corporate globalization
Strategic Alliance:
7. According to the corporate needs of business development and corporate strategies and technical strategies, strategic Alliance tries to transfer partners’ markets, technology and R & D resources to make sure implementing corporate strategies and technical strategies successfully. Continually optimize strategic alliance layout and improve strategic alliance ecosystem.
8. Maintain and develop corporate level partners, prepare and execute strategic alliance cooperate strategies and management system, also update and amend previous strategies to make sure to cooperate with corporate level partners successfully
9. Rationalize corporate key points for the different partners, and prepare annual business plan with related business divisions.
10. Enhance linage of corporate business in the global market, construct strategic alliance model of business linkage
11. Improve open technology innovation, get effective technology resources from partners, support R & D in the innovation business field
12. According to the cooperation situation and domestic and international IT environment, analyze partners’ resources and strategies, provide quarterly reports of guiding value information and decisions for the corporation

Location:Shenyang
Responsibilities:
1. 与国际销售团队紧密配合,协调内部资源并负责售前职能,包括客户需求分析、对应RFI/RFP、报价、标书编写、presentation编写等;
2. Work closely with overseas sales team, leverage internal resources and responsible for functions include customer requirement analysis, corresponding RFI/RFP, bidding, proposal drafting, presentation, etc.
Contributes helpfully to technical interaction between delivery unit and customer, presentation, negotiations, deal closings and other presales related activities. Such as assist in all work related to translation of documents, templates.
3. Routinely update pre sales document. such as presentation, brochure, white paper, case study etc.
Build sales readiness in terms of process, template tools, guideline, tips, and etc, to reduce sales team and other internal unit’s learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of sales.
4. Pursue internal sales related process to support full cycle from lead input to project delivery.
5. Support the company's market events by industries investigation, potential customer screening, exhibition show, etc.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1、Develop high- level clients in the embedded software field, also develop new business in the filed of both Neusoft products and embedded services
2、Collect and integrate Neusoft internal resources, accomplish high-level clients' sales execution and management process with embedded division.
