We are seeking dynamic, resourceful and mature individuals to join us as Concierge Consultant in Shanghai Operation Centre. Our Center operates 24 hours 7 days per week all year round. You will assist our banks clients by coordinating the delivery of concierge and lifestyle assistance services. This is a role for individuals with appetite for change and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You have the passion to serve and provide the highest standard of solutions for our clients and you demonstrate a high level of ability, diligence and results. You enjoy working in an international environment where you get to interact with people from all over the world on a daily basis. The Person
· Degree/Diploma qualification with 2 years' working experience, and be computer savvy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals)
· Experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry an advantage
· Enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock services
· Planning and organizational ability, excellent spoken and written communication, and good customer interaction skills
· Empathetic towards people who need help with an eye for detail and a passion for service and results
· Able to thrive on high stress situations involving multi-tasking and quick thinking to deliver services and emergency responses to our clients in need.
