Simaisheng is a corporation(net worth over 100Million RMB) which wasestablished in 2012 and this position require successful candidate to work inthe franchising and branding division. Currently, the project is to subfranchise CJ group’s brand Tous Les Jours in Henan and Shanxi provinces. 7stores have been successfully opened in Henan and new target is to double ortriple the number this year. More international brands will be acquired in theupcoming years.
Position Description: (it is not sales oriented but client focused role)
Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are seeking a self-motivated andhard-working full time BDM to join this dynamic team.
Using your sales experience and leveraging off an existing client base, usingyour negotiation skills to settle new business contracts.
You'll be generating and maintaining high profiled clients and carry out andexecute business development strategies set by the company.
You’ll require working with HR manager to conduct periodical training to ourstaffs.
Requirements: (Full time - annual contract, must be committed)
1. Caucasian MALE ONLY and USA candidateis highly preferred (Also consider CAN , AUS, NZ and European including Russia,) 2. Must bewell groomed(Professional image)
2. Basic Chinese is required(able to listen and speak Chinese) but notmandatory, company will provide language training to improve your Chinese
3. English must be at professional level
4. Require to travel with GM to other provinces/countries to attend businessconference
5. Follow strict guidance and SOP of the company
However if you have just arrived andinexperienced or unable to speak Chinese, you can still apply this position. Aslong as you can committed to your role and company will training you frominternship(salary range will be reduced)
Package and allowance: all salary and allowance will be discussed and confirmedat final interview.
Working visa will be provided by thecompany
Apartment/house will be provided by the company
Salary range from 10,000 to 20,000RMB (aftertax - depend on experience) per month
Travel and holiday allowance(negotiable)
