Job Title: TreasurySupervisor Work location: Kunming The Treasury Supervisor performs a variety of duties pertaining to the company’s banking needs, cash management, risk coverage etc... 1. Managing cashCNY/FX /loan arrangement on a day-to day basis; 2. Managing bank relationship with company’s core banks; 3. Monitoring of prices of the banks products and services including currencies, etc.; 4. Hedging against risk position: monitoring exposure position, buying forward contracts,etc.; 5. Preparing assigned reports (net debt position, BA receivable / payable, Cashforecast Currency exposure etc.) 6. Provide assist on Financing structure (group loan/ banking facility/ cash pooling and etc) set up/ maintenance; 7. Support on annual external audit and internal audit of treasury related matters; 8. Assisting in bank agreement signature process, preparing bank business relevant Board Resolution and PoA 9. Dealing with riskcoverage with insurance claim and renewal. 10. Managing bank accounts opening / closing & Specimen cards changing etc. 11. Any other tasks required by the management. Candidate’srequirement: 1. Bachelor Degree in Finance orEconomic; 2. Demonstrated interest in treasury and finance and automatic solution development; 3. Fluent in Englishspeaking and writing; 4. Excellent in MS office; 5. Familiar with PRCFinancial regulation and SAFE regulation; 6. WOFI background is a privilege; 7. 3 years workingexperience working in treasury; 8. Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects at once; 9. Drive for professional growth and a propensity for constant learning
