As I'm working in MS for G10 FX trading, I would like to share a little bit with it.
G10 fx spot is the most liquid market in finance world, there were 10 countries with 10 different currencies, but since euro replaced couple of euro currencies, there is not longer 10 currencies. In the market, most traded are USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CHF, AUD and NZD, with different platforms like EBS and reuters. It is a very interesting job that you look after all the macro news coming out with major countries in the world including China and some other Asia countries, such as GDP, interest rates meeting, inflation, bond issuance, etc. Being up and down with PnL, you are training your own mental toughness to beat the market.
