Responsibilities:

• Participate in testing and trouble shooting of our mobile core network policy control protocols such as Radius, PCRF, subscriber session management, traffic managementsoftware components
• Write test cases with detail test steps, and automate test cases

·         Conducting test case and automation script reviews

·         Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers

• Establish self as having strong skills in at least one area of specialty
• Conduct product testing(automation) tasks with high quality, providing timely status reports
• Ensure quality release of products by working closely with Dev/automation team
• Demonstrate creativity in identifying effective approaches to software and solution development process and promote opportunities for product innovation

·         Actively interface with the product marketing, our global engineering team and customer/partners, professional service, customer support team to address issues in the field

·         Participate in interviewing and hiring practices as directed and advised by manager and/or Human Resources

General Requirements:

• BS/MS in CS/CE/EE, MS preferred
• 6+ years of experiences in software testing

·         Demonstrated experience of delivering on commitments with strong sense of ownership

·         Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

• Good and proven problem solving skills
• Practice proactive communication skills and excellent written, verbal, presentation skills

·         Fluent verbal and written English skills

Qualification:

·         Must have demonstrated functional testing ability

·         Must be proficient in testbed setup, test case and bug management systems

·         Must have strong UNIX/Linux, and networking skills, and working knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv6

·         Cellular mobile network, 3G/4G LTE packet core as well as Radio Access Network knowledge is desirable (BSS/RNC etc)

·         Familiar with PCRF, Radius is a plus

·         Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills

·         Exhibit a “can-do” attitude and inspire others to excel, and develop a team spirit

Desired Skills:

·         Keyword driven automation testing experience

·         Agile software development experience

·         Project and technical leadership experience
