Service Marketing Specialist (Japan)

岗位职责：
Position Scope/Objective:
The position is to articulate market information with in-house production capability and come up service packages which can capture market opportunities. This position also acts as an important channel for the related business unit by generating market awareness and demand at global level.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a radar screen to collect such market information as number of competitors, who the major global and domestic players are, their pricing and channel strategy
2. Work with VoC (voice of customer) Specialist to collect customers’ opinion (buying behavior, criteria of purchase decision, pricing acceptance, product package, etc) and identify new business opportunities
3. Follow and monitor the related technology development & application trends
4. Work closely with Production Team to manage the new product development until new product launch
5. Monitor, analyze and report the performance (order, quotation, selling price, web traffic) of the assigned & related product line(s)
6. Plan and execute promotion activities to drive revenue or share gain
7. Propose & drive advertising strategy / channel to generate or enhance market awareness of the services
8. Work with electronic marketing team to develop the right keywords for search engine optimization
9. Identify target customers for existing and new services. Formulate and execute a plan of how our message can reach the target customers
10. Own and drive the product launch process. Conduct or organize product training to sales team and distributors.
11. Preparation of content for web page, and other marketing collateral
12. Reach out to customers by attending exhibition / conference or doing customers visits
任职资格：
1. Ph.D. degree in biological science discipline, preferably at academic institutes from Japan.
2. JLPT1 and CET6. Good command of communication.
3. Demonstrated sense of marketing concept (4Ps).
4. Analytical, innovative, critical & challenge to routines
5. Self motivated, team player with good inter-personal communication skill
6. Computer literate
