1. Analytical Research & Development：

Job Description: 
1.Apply- various modern analytical technologies (e.g. HPLC, GC, auto-titration and NMR, IR, UV) to develop fast and robust analytical methods for synthesis reaction monitoring, structural elucidation/identification and purity analysis.
2.Follow defined quality standards (technical to GLP/GMP) to perform method validation, sample testing,release and in-process control for manufacture of intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) with high quality documentation delivered in a timely manner.
3.As a team member, join project team meetings and discussions and provide valuable inputs for establishment of project strategy and development plan and technical problem solving. Develop sophisticated analytical R&D development plan and provide efficient analytical R&D support to ensure successful delivery of all assigned projects on time.
4.Perform maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments and equipment and keep daily operations in good HSE and quality compliance by following internal guidelines and procedures.
Proactively contribute to the organizing and management of analytical labs to maintain efficient and smooth operations of analytical labs.
5.Be a proactive contributor to continuous improvement of internal processes and technical excellence.

 

Requirements:   
1.Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, or organic chemistry or other closely-related education backgrounds with sound analytical chemistry knowledge, 2 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalence is preferable.
2.Quick learner with strong desire to learn new knowledge and technologies.
3.Results driven, committed and accountable with excellent organizing and planning skills.
4.Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office & chemistry applications software.
5.Proactive and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal communication.
6.Fluent English reading and writing is a must and fluent oral English preferred.

 

2. PRD Scientist --- rocess Research & Development 

Reporting to:      LCC Head

Location:         Changshu, China

Job Descriptions:

Ø Improving existing processes, finding alternative synthesis and scaling up of the lab process.

Ø Clarifying and resolving all possible problems related to safety, ecology, industrial hygiene, robustness and economy which are associated with transforming a lab procedure into an industrial process.

Ø Elaborating laboratory procedures which are the backbone of manufacturing processes during the drug development phases.

Ø Elaborating lab procedures which are the basis of the final commercial production processes.

Ø Supporting implementation of new processes in the pilot plant.

Ø Synthesis of small amounts of (non GMP) drug substances, intermediates, reagents, by- and degradation products, metabolites and other related compounds.

Ø Active support of integrated technical development activities and work in interdisciplinary project team

Ø Contribute to continuous business improvements and participate in and/or manage minor projects/working groups to achieve the improvement objectives

Requirements ：

Ø Bachelor in synthetic organic chemistry. Master or equivalent experience in (pharmaceutical or chemical) industry, or master in synthetic organic chemistry with minimum 1 year pharmaceutical experience or equivalent.

Ø Proficient in MS office & Chemistry application software.

Ø Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills

Ø Proactive and self-motivated

Ø With good organizational and planning skills

Ø Strong Team player

Ø Having good English language skills

Ø Mobile, and willing to relocate to Changshu ,Suzhou
