医药行业相关客户专员Pharmaceutical Client Relationship Specialist
Job purpose: To maintain close contact with growing user network of GBI subscription database service. Encourage frequent use of system, respond to questions and suggestions and promote client satisfaction. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Performance will be measured by client use of system (by login/usage metrics) as and user satisfaction via surveys etc. -Maintain weekly contact with users -Manage relationships with top executives of client firms -Proactively understand user needs and suggest ways to increase usage rates of GBI database/products\ -Respond to all questions and suggestions -Coordinate analyst and IT team efforts to continually improving product based on client use/response -Develop back-end client relationship management systems and protocols -Work closely with GBI company leaders to develop client loyalty programs and user incentives -Grow client relationship team as company expands Expected abilities: -University degree -1-3yrs Experience in client/customer service role -Good oral (telephone) and written (email communication )skills -Basic understanding of computer applications -Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience preferred -Pleasant and cheerful personality a must!
