Financial Analyst Beiyuan Factory (Pingdu, Qingdao)
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Be involved in the JV factory finance team
2) Put in place requested monthly and weekly financial reports and analyzes in the Factory
3) Perform financial forecasts, financial review and analysis
4) Identify and analyze key performance indicators and put in place tracking measures
5) Conduct periodic analysis of the performance of departments and propose measures to help improve business performance and processes;
6) Coordinate and prepare regular forecasts and yearly budgets;
7) Perform financial and costing analysis in support of business activities and planning;
8) Analyze financial data, spotting trends and develop forecasts
9) Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1) Very high intellectual capabilities with very high analytical skills
2) Exposure to financial reporting and analysis (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
3) Skills in performing complex numerical calculations and in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis;
4) Proficient in use of Excel and 
owerpoint
5) Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Read, write, and speak). English level must be high in order to deal directly with the Top Management of the company in English
6) Ability to work on confidential projects and ability to preserve critical information from other staff
7) Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with all levels and across departmental boundaries
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business, Finance or equivalent and three years of relevant working experience as Financial Analyst with excellent analytical skills
Job Location and Reporting Line
This job is based either in Pingdu, Qingdao.
Report to Group Financial Controller in Beijing.

负责组织行政管理制度的拟订、检查、监督和执行
工作地点：山东德州 公司提供住宿
薪资：月薪1万
三、质检经理
QC manager职责里面，是负责全公司的，包括QC检查流程的梳理和优化，QC团队的管理和激励，质量问题的处理方案和建议，和生产部门之间关系的协调，向高层汇报的质量报告的编制，质量问题的回顾和整理以及优化措施
任职要求：10年以上实木家具QC管理经验，500人以上实木家具QC管理经验
对家具的生产流程、机器设备、质量控制标准、质量改善方案、工艺流程等要非常有丰富的团队管理经验，管理风格雷厉风行，较强势。
最好是本科以上学历。
经验优秀可以放宽学历要求
工作地点：德州
薪水：30K左右，优秀的可另议
英语要好，上司为外国人
