Position: account coordinator
Major Responsibilities:
Sale tracking
1. Monitor sales performance of individual account to ensure overall achievement of net/retail sales targets agreed by the brands
2. Track retail sales and drive product sales by category and recommends recovery program when sales fall below expectation
Store Execution Excellence
1. Closely monitor store presence by brands in terms of merchandising / promotion / testers
2. Collect competitors activity and news within channel
Standardize the back service
1. Well organize the training course by brands to individual account to ensure the selling skill and knowledge of sales
2. Standardize the order and goods delivery process and format, to avoid OOS and maximize the sales
3. Well control the stock of point of sales and make the relevant sales forecast internally and externally
Understand operational process of travel channel to build up great relationship and cooperation with account in store level
