ü  本科以上学历， 较强的沟通表达能力；

ü  逻辑性思维能力强，善于分析解决问题；

ü  优秀的中英文听说读写能力；

ü  成熟，稳重，活泼，自信；

ü  对投资和咨询行业有所了解,有过咨询行业工作或实习者优先考虑

ü  Bachelor degree or above, has strong ability of communication and expression

ü  Have a good sense of service and good team work spirit

ü  Energetic and careful attitude on work

ü  Rigorously work, have dedication, responsibility and the desire to do better

ü  Have Logical thinking ability, is good at analysis and problem solving

ü  Excellent ability of Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing

ü  Mature, sedate, lively, and confidence

ü  The ones know about investment and consulting industry or have working/intern experience in consulting industry is preferred

 

4.     Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Knowledge Associate

• 0-2 years’ working experience;
• Responsible for supporting Knowledge Manager in project execution;
• Ability to assist Knowledge Manager in searching industry information and developing a deep understanding of the client's requests;
• Ability to assist Knowledge Manager in reaching and communicate with industry experts;
• Ability to convince experts to join Capvision expert network and/or current project;
• Ability to build rapport relationship with experts;
• Ability to assist Knowledge Manager in primary and secondary research to build a knowledge base along multiple industries;
• Sensitive to industrial news/information and stay on top of industry trends.

Knowledge Manager

• 2-3 years’ working experience;
• Responsible for project execution;
• Strong skills across project and client management;
• Strong client service mindset and communication skill;
• Strong ability in finding ways to provide up sale solution;
• Ability of developing a good work relationship with the clients;
• Strong skill of problem solving and troubleshooting for client issues;
• Ability to support Research Team for new business roll out;
• Solid industry knowledge with ability to communicate with clients;
• Strong grasp of 1-2 industry vertical's dynamics and trends;
• Ability to support team leader for coaching new staff.

 

Sr. Knowledge Manager（Team leader）

• 3-5 years’ working experience;
• Responsible for team management/support: daily operation management, ensure team members are entering complete accurate and zero defect;
• Ability to coach and lead team members in learning skills and solving issues; Giving or suggesting directions;
• Ability to motivate and monitor team in expanding expert network in industry sector;
• Strong ability to arrange the whole team to complete an initiative/task assigned;
• Ability to lead or assist in pushing for new business development and marketing and sales.
