1, Senior Mechanical Designer (AS)
Position: Senior Mechanical Designer (AS)
Department: Engineering
Report to: Head of Engineering
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the mechanical design of the project assigned and ensuring they are properly conducted in terms of quality, time, cost and regulation. Manages and coordinates the implementation of the various stages of study.
2. Responsible for the organization of its working group and ensures the distribution of work between staff and him according to specialties and the load of each.
3. Oversees all the work and provides advice on request in case of difficulties.
4. Ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
5. Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.
6. Participates in the planning of his staff time off and ensures the replacement of missing.
7. Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group.
8. Suggests improvements to increase productivity.
9. Following specifications established by the customer, he makes helped by his task force or available outsourcing the study work.

15. Informs the PM of any problems not included in the specifications which could result in additional costs, as well as any problems that may result if delivery is late.
16. Transmits to shop floor responsible manufacturing and assembly designs in a form allowing a continuous and productive work.
