职位一:Merchandiser for Fashion Accessory
POSITION:
To handle fashion accessory products
merchandising activities for one brand of INDITEX group, covering sourcing,
order coordination and follow up, to ensure the achievement of business
objectives
FUNCTIONS:
1. Create and enhance long-term business
relationships with team in headquarters of Spain to maximize business growth
and opportunities
2. Develop new business opportunities with
headquarters
3. Work closely with buyers in headquarters
to achieve purchasing targets and cost saving
4. Build and maintain a strong local and
regional vendor network to meet brand' current and future business needs
5. Perform other duties as assigned by
Management
TEAM:
Key relationships
Internal: buyers in headquarters, Quality people
in brand department in Shanghai, etc.
External: Supplier
REQUIREMENTS
1. 5-8 years merchandising experience on
fashion accessories, ideally experienced on the items of belt, sunglasses,
scarf, gloves, hat, jewelry, cosmetic, etc.
2. Well trained in global sourcing office,
brand buying office, buying agent or trader
3. Good exposure in an international
business environment
COMPETENCE:
4. Knowledgable of costing, product safety
requirements, material and finishing goods production, packaging, QA and compliance
5. Good coordination and cooperation with
internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process
6. Strong in locating the best areas to
produce and manufacture different items bearing in mind the minimum factory
technical requirements
7. Excellent in developing a strong
portfolio of vendors to support business growth
8. Good negotiation skills to satisfy the
interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified
sourcing
9. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility
to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals
10. Effective methods for delivering
qualified customer service
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in engineering, trading,
business, supplier chain, English, etc.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE:
Intermediate computer skills;
Good command of English skills both in
verbal and written form, used to working in an English speaking environment
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Spanish will be greatly valued
职位二:Senior Tax Responsibilities:
1.Take part in store opening projects,
especially for till funds exchange, POS installation, cashier bank training,
new bank account open, daily cash pick-up service, retail Invoice (Fa Piao)
purchase, telephone installation and payment collection, and all other related
tax and banking matters.
2.Organize tax payments and ensure it is
made within the deadlines set by Tax Authorities.
3.Supervise invoices issue for
inter-company transactions, including VAT invoices and non-VAT invoices.
4.Monitor the service quality of the tax
agents appointed by the Company in different cities.
5.Coordination with legal department for
applying official chops
6.Work with AP and logistics for Customer
VAT issue
7.Issue VAT invoices on monthly basis in
branches outside Beijing, if any.
8.Assist Seniors in self-defending tax
audits
9.Other ad hoc projects when necessary.
Requirements:
1.At least 5 years' working experience,
preferably with specialization in Tax and banking issues.
2.A Diploma or higher degree in Finance,
Accounting or other relevant subjects.
3.Fluency in Mandarin and English.
4.Good knowledge of State/Local Chinese Tax
Regulations.
5.Sufficient practical experience in store
banking opening issues.
6.Able to travel frequently.
7.Experience in retail multinational
companies is preferred
