1.Core Business Services – Marketing – Senior Graphic Designer - Beijing
The incumbent will provide strategic and creative design for presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals, internal communications publications, events and related jobs.
Responsibilities: • Build proposal and presentation layout and designs incorporating Ernst & Young’s corporate brand image. • Assist in the design and layout of all marketing and communications materials for both Hong Kong and Mainland China offices. • Work intensively and closely with other departments. • Coordinate and liaise with production houses, printers and contractors for timely production. • Ensure compliance in Ernst & Young’s brand guidelines and visual standards for all marketing materials. Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma holder in Graphic design or equivalent disciplines. • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in advertising / design agency and print production • Highly proficient in PC platforms, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a must. • Knowledge in Flash is a plus. • Mature, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure and against tight deadlines. •  roficient in written and spoken English. • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Graphic Designer.

2.Finance - Payroll Costs Accountant - Beijing Responsibilities: • Prepare staff cost journal vouchers. • Reconcile balance sheet accounts for payroll, IIT and social insurance payables. • Prepare financial analysis and reporting. • Assist with financial projections, annual audit and ad hoc assignments. Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related field. • Two to three years finance and accounting work experience in multinational companies, people cost accounting or report working experience preferred. • Familiar with PRC GAAP. • Familiar with China financial systems, such as Usoft, Kingdee or SAP. • Good communication stills. • Detail oriented and patient. • Excellent Microsoft Office Excel skills and familiar with other Microsoft Office programs. • Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
3.Learning & Development - Program Administrator Responsibilities: • Work with the program manager to identify all program requirements. • Identify participants and manage all communications with participants, including pre-work communication. • Communicate with instructors on the logistical arrangements and any instructor meetings that are required for the program. • Work with the program manager to produce program logistics and ensure the program is organized consistently in each location. • Work with Global Shared Services (GSS) Dalian People Shared Service to manage the training logistic issues in learning the administration system. • Monitor the program budget and highlight any potential budget overruns. • Arrange lunches, hotels and flights for courses conducted in other locations. • Answer questions raised by service line group administrators on registration and attendance swaps, and update registration lists with group administrators one week before the commencement of programs, as well as informing instructors of the changes. Requirements: • 2-3 years of relevant working experience, with a strong administration background. • Experience in a training department is a priority. • Able to provide pragmatic analysis and solutions to business needs. • Project management, relationship management, program administration and management and venue management skills. • Effective communicator and active listener with the ability to respond to others and develop ideas. • Excellent oral and written presentation skills, both in English and Mandarin. • Good sense of humor. • Quality and detail oriented. • Good team player. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
