Responsibilities Take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function, that handles all initial inquires from customers, dealers, and general public regarding order placement, complaints, technical support and etc. In charge of price control, order & contract management such as order screening, product pricing during promotion etc. 1.To provide primary technical advice to customers. 2.To provide customers with technical information and/or tools 3.To work on customers’ troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue 4.To organize and provide trainings for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations or/and demos. 5. To help on tradeshows or exhibitions by technical communication
Qualification: 1.Master degree in biological science discipline 2. Demonstrated sense of marketing concept 3. Analytical, innovative, critical & challenge to routines 4. Self motivated, team player with good inter-personal communication skill 5. Excellent spoken and written Japanese is a must. 6. Education background in Japan.
