Position Summary/Mission
Builds strategic partnerships with assigned providers and customers to achieve profitable growth and sales objectives for assigned business or customer segments, products and assigned geographies.

· Achieves sales and profitability targets. (*)
· Manages and builds strategic partnerships with assigned providers to create focused sales strategies. (*)
· Maximizes sales by articulating how company’s capabilities can contribute to constituents’ long-term strategies. (*)
· Develops, executes and communicates a comprehensive strategy that is aligned with prospect’s objectives, financial position and employee benefits strategy while providing profitable revenue and growth to the company and supporting segment business objectives. (*)
· Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituents needs. (*)
· Create a renewal strategy that identifies profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers. (*)
· Takes leadership role in setting strategy and collaborating with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects. (*)
· Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position the company’s strength accordingly. (*)
· Manages complex negotiations. Positions products, rate levels and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue. (*)
· Educates constituents on the company specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current topics and expects the same of team members
· As appropriate, responsible for recruiting, training and developing staff
Education and Background/Experience Desired
· Bachelor degree required and/or above with medical background is a plus
· 10+ years sales experience
· Fluent in English
· Good sales management experience for supervisory positions
