Senior Manager, Process Development
Job Summary:
1.Manage the assembly processes to achieve high yielding products with high quality and reliability.
2.Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through verifying and executing procedures to ensure production requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time.
3.He/she will also liaise with customers and potential customers on development process, material and equipment capabilities
Job Responsibilities:
1.Source new materials for production at the maximum cost effectiveness
2.Tests and releases materials for production according to internationally recognized standards, corporate specifications or various production centers' acceptance criteria
3.Develops and establishes process settings so that the quality standards and high productivity levels can be sustained
4.Monitors, improves and ensures in-process control and other statistical process control etc. in place in to assure the consistency of product quality
5.Supervises line process & quality control to prevent defective products
6.In collaboration with Quality Department, interfaces with internal and external customers about quality matters and handles the customer complaints
7.Work with cross functional departments to ensure the company meeting the environmental requirements/ legislations set by the Government
8.Contributes and participates in all process and quality improvement activities
Job Requirements:
1.Master degree, major in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
2.At least 5 years semiconductors discrete packaging experience
3.Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
4.Good stress management skills; good communication skills
5.Good teamwork & leadership
6.Good command of English and Chinese
Immediately Supervisor: Innovation Director
Subordinates: Approx 10 headcount reporting including manager and Technicians
