• Control headcount / recruitment status to align with OP
• Input data to update organisation chart and HC database
• Communicate with BU and recruitment team to clarify OP/ HC issues
• Maintain and improve the quality of organisation chart and database to support organization analysis needs
• EOD monthly check and update if necessary
• EA adjustment based on requirement from supervisors
Organise company wide events, such as Team Building, Workshop, Town Hall Meeting , Annual Party etc.
• Design the concept of the company events with OD Manager to meet the requirement of event theme from management team
• Cooperate and supervise different parties (vendors, departments and organisation team etc.) to ensure the event quality
• Initiate vendor selection process based on event demands, brief target outcomes with vendors negotiate regarding price/service package and manage them to implement the event on company’s requirement
• Form and steer internal organisation team to fulfil the respective tasks by following up the schedule
• Communicate with different departments and motivate staff to actively participate in the events
• Follow up news issue, picture/video delivery and feedback after events
• Provide support and consultancy to the regional event management
• Make the budget plan and control expense
Plan and Steer social club to develop social activities
• Cooperate with social club committee to improve social club’s development
• Support for activities, initiate HR supervision to social club such as policy, regulation, budget, etc
• Provide support and consultancy to sub-clubs to ensure smooth and consistent execution
• Prepare budget plan and control expense based on social club’s process
• Promote social club’s activities to attract more colleagues to join
• Support committee to organize regular meeting
• Coordinate with other partners(departments, legal entities, etc) for joint activities and managing resources
• Organize committee team building if necessary
Develop and implement employee engagement related program
• Execute the employee engagement programs such as health care seminar, anniversary program, gym card etc. to enhance employee engagement and work & life balance
Enhance communication within the company
• Support the administration process of regular employee satisfaction surveys
• Cooperate with editor to design, collect and provide HR related news and reports for quarterly MBCL Internal Employee Newsletter (Star Journal)
• Involved in organization development initiatives and support employee relationship management
• Through daily HR communication to promote company values and support culture build-up
Execute Purchasing Process and documentation
• Negotiate external vendor for the contract signing and follow up EBP process for the payment
Verify training application materials vs IDP and coordinate with learning center for implementing training registration
Execute or support HR team training/workshop/projects/events delegated by HR SM or management team
