The company has it’s Headquarters based in Shenzhen. Currently around 10 consultants and staff work in the company.

 

The job:

We er looking for an outsanding HR consultants. This consultant has at least 7 years work experience as HR Generalist, HR Consultant or HRD Consultant. To help the company grow we need a person with leadership abilities that can manage client project but also lead our consultants.

The person is a trusted partner for our clients and is able to grow business at existing accounts, but also can engage new business together with our Sales Consultants.

On a day to day basis the candidate leads the consultants at the office. Challenge them, Develop their skills and Manage their performance.

The candidate is a sparring partner for the directors and communicates the strategy of the company towards the consulting staff.

 

The candidate requirements:

1.      7-10 years relevant work experience with a clear growth path employed as HR Generalist, HR Consultant or HRD Consultant

2.      Master Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant Social Sciences

3.      Holder of a Chinese HR-license

4.      Fluent in Mandarin, strong in English, basic in Cantonese preferred

5.      Strong project management skills

6.      Strong leadership skills and motivation

7.      Analytical mind

8.      Team player, strong social skills

9.      Disciplined and strong Management Control skills

10.  Living in Shenzhen, or prepared to move to Shenzhen
