To assist HRD on the delivery of all planning and activity for the Microsoft Asia R&D Group. This will include assisting HRD with full spectrum of HR team calendar and programs, planning schedules, following up with HR/Business on undetermined issues.
Job Responsibilities (all areas)
·HR events, offsite and communication management
·Regular team meeting arrangements and on-site support,
·HR team morale activities coordination
·HRD’s AA: manage the calendar and maintain key schedules and travel arrangement
·Manage the HR bulletin board for BJW
·Key contact with PR, RE&F, Finance and Operation team as needed
Skills and Experience (Qualifications)
·BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
·Minimum 2 years of working experience in MNC
·Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details
·Service minded, Problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills in both Chinese and English
·Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & Office applications
·Experience in project management or event management is preferred
