Specific requirements include:
1. Understand the demand plan by region to optimize S/D execution
2. Understand the supply in each region to optimize S?D execution
3. Lead weekly supply/demand interlocks with the geography planning teams
4. Present supply/demand planning and operations updates to TIPG leadership team weekly
5. Act as liaison to Operations team on all IdeaPad demand planning
6. Ensure that the Geos are planning and executing to their transition plans
7. Ensure alignment with BU guidance and new product map assumptions
8. Develop and publish supply allocation to geography’s when required
9. Understand and implement demand planning best practices for IPG and Idea V/B series products
10. Achieve IPG for ecast accuracy KPI and interlock with geos monthly on root cause and lesion learned
11. Identify accurate trajectory analysis (CTP) for IPG and by geography
This position has a high level of visibility, including the senior executive teams in both IPG Product Group, Geography’s and IPG Operations. The successful candidate must have both planning and operational experience. Excellent data mining, Excel, PowerPoint, written and verbal communication skills are critical, including English fluency.
To Qualify, candidates must process the following:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Experience presenting to high level executives
3. working with a global organization is a plus
4. Project Management experience is a plus
5. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
