Position: M&A Leader (Finance
Manager Level)
Job Description
- Take a senior
role in finance management accounting with strong desire to lead and advance
- Manage monthly finance
closing, including monthly actual figure provided by FA team and prepare month end
accrual based on latest forecast
- Perform monthly
financial reports in Synapse and prepare FC report or other reports for various business
analysis
- Lead and manage
strategic plan, spring review, autumn review/budget and RF
- Closely work
with show teams to understand business and perform ad-hoc analysis
- Manage show
pricing proposal and show set up related issue
- Develop,
implement, and enforce policies and procedures for finance related functions,
which are line with the group company’s policies and are also in accordance
with management requirements of China
- Develop
financial models and reporting templates to facilitate financial reporting and
analysis
- Act as team
leader to perform share service effectively and efficiently, arrange relevant
training to different team staff to make sure they are eligible for the
responsibilities
- Other ad-hoc
projects assigned by senior finance manager
Qualification
- A bachelor or
senior degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Over 8 years accounting
and analytical experience required, at least 2 years in managerial level,
preferably with a related industry and with a multi-national company
- Fluent oral and
written English
- Outstanding communication,
analytical, planning and teamwork skills
- Able to work
effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong Excel knowledge,
knowledge of system such as Sun, Oracle, Hyperion is a plus
