Your key tasks and accountabilities
·Coordinate with project teams to define project scope and delivery schedule
·Manage a team of highly motivated testers to meet project schedule and deliver high quality product
·Responsible for managing quality assurance of a line of product and applications
·Be a quality assurance thought leader and lead teams to create innovative solutions
·Participate in continuous improvement in policies and processes
·Is accountable for ensuring test coverage, mapping of requirements to test cases and end to end traceability (requirements/stories, test cases, defects)
·Demonstrates good understanding of the test processes and supports QA Engineers in adhering to the standards throughout the projects
·Provide guidance and training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations
·Works on multiple projects concurrently
Your skills and experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or Information Systems
· 10+ years software development or quality assurance experience in established companies
· 5+ years of people and project management experience
· Strong work ethics
· Experience in working with multi-national companies
· Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
· Understands software development cycle and hands on programming skills highly valued
