助理财务经理:
Responsibilities:
- Manage & Monitor AR team to do daily and Monthly Accounting issues, Make sure accounting record correct and timely.
- On-time and accurately book Sales and On-time Month end Closing AR Subledger.
- On-time and accurately prepare related quarterly, Interim and Year-end report and package.
- Improve the efficiency for current process to standardize it into Finance production line.
- Lead projects to improve the processes’ efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and develop staff to be more experienced to handle daily issue.
- Resolve intercompany problem invoices with cooperation other related parties.
- Handle related audit issues with internal and external auditor.

Requirements:
- 8-10 years experience in Accounting, preferable in Account Receivable in recent 3 years.
- Skillful in Excel.
- Excellent at written and oral English.
- Good communication skill to contact customers.
- With experience leading people not less than five.
- CPA or ACCA is must.
- Bachelor and above.
- Familiar with Orcal ERP is must.
