Position Description:
Work with multiple teams to develop, maintain and enhance reports and reporting environment. Understand business process and requirements; work closely with internal teams to deliver analytics and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the report development cycle which includes:
o Gather and documentation of report requirements
o Analysis and design of report
o Deployment of BI Solutions
o Conduct User Acceptance Test and Sign-off.
· Maintenance and monitoring of day-to-day run jobs to ensure report availability.
· Responsible for support of outage, bug fixes, ad-hoc report requests and change requests.
Required Skills / Experience:
· Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering related discipline.
· At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence related fields.
· Experienced in relational database, proficiency in SQL server 2008 is a must. Proficiency in Data mining, Data modeling, ETL development/processing and data analysis are highly desired. Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 is a plus.
· Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer’s needs.
· Strong MS Office skills required.
· Effectively communications in order to set right expectation and to deliver on time, on budget and with quality. Proficiency in Chinese is desired.
· Methodical, logic thinker, able to devise strategies for making sense out of mounds of data.
