-      To develop demand-oriented financial consulting concept and approach to dealerships<o:p></o:p>
-      To cooperate with retail consulting team and regional business management team on financial impact analysis, action plan setting and implementation(dealer related);<o:p></o:p>
-      To provide financial management consulting support to targeted dealerships, including finance process improvement, planning & budgeting, cost management, performance analysis etc. and implementation;<o:p></o:p>
-      To develop and maintain effective and efficient network performance analysis tool for adapting to the market growth and network expansion.<o:p></o:p>
Job designation<o:p></o:p>
1     Establish Business Management consulting concept, approach and consulting system<o:p></o:p>
-      Prepare and analysis Business Management dealer performance scorecard and mapping report for China mainland MBCL dealers. Classify the dealers and make corresponding schedule for dealer consulting and coordinate with other parties<o:p></o:p>
-      Evaluate dealer performance status through analysis submitted financial report, sales report and aftersales workshop analysis report<o:p></o:p>
-      Fully communicate with dealers, internal relevant departments and out-source professional consulting company about the selected dealer status and corresponding arrangement.<o:p></o:p>
-      Follow up with dealer action plan and implementation, keep monitoring the financial status through dealer reporting<o:p></o:p>

2     Project management & implementation<o:p></o:p>
-      Set up project schedule and planning <o:p></o:p>
-      Co-ordinate relevant internal & external party on project implementation<o:p></o:p>
-      Ensure smooth implementation of project following MBCL purchase process & policy<o:p></o:p>
-      Work with out-source consultant to do on site communication and performance evaluation and analysis. Provide effective suggestions solutions for dealer performance improvement.<o:p></o:p>

3     Network Performance Analysis<o:p></o:p>
-      Work with BM reporting team on analysis tool development & maintenance basing on users’ requirement<o:p></o:p>
-      Uncover dealer operational issues through network/individual dealer performance analysis<o:p></o:p>
-      Cross-functional communication mechanism setup regarding on financial analysis result <o:p></o:p>
-      Conduct in-house workshop/training on network performance analysis review<o:p></o:p>
Qualification required <o:p></o:p>
o Education <o:p></o:p>
-      Bachelor degree, major in business management with accounting focus;<o:p></o:p>
-      Master/MBA is preferred<o:p></o:p>
-      Professional accounting qualification is plus<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
O Experience <o:p></o:p>
-      5+ years working experience in field of financial management consulting, automotive industry is preferred;<o:p></o:p>
-      2+ years financial analysis experience<o:p></o:p>
-      Project management and team leadership experience required;<o:p></o:p>
-      Business development experience is plus;<o:p></o:p>
