郭去疾先生现任LightInTheBox.com公司董事长兼CEO。
 
郭去疾之前曾任Google中国首席战略官和Google大中华区总裁（李开复）特别助理。郭去疾于2005年加入Google总部并回到中国。作为Google中国的创始人之一，他在Google中国的创建中发挥了重要作用，直接参与了Google中国前三年几乎所有重要的产品、合作、投资、及公关战略决策，包括发起及主导谷歌音乐搜索（全球第一个免费正版音乐下载）、谷歌金山词霸、谷歌输入法、谷歌本地搜索、谷歌热榜、谷歌导航，谷歌新浪战略合作，投资并购265.com、巨鲸网、赶集网、Discuz等。 
加入谷歌前，郭去疾曾在Amazon.com并购部任职，作为唯一的华人全程参与了亚马逊收购卓越网7500万美金的并购案，此前还曾在微软总部担任软件设计工程师，参与了MSN、IE、Windows的研发。

Position：Customer Service Representative 
Based place：Beijing
Responsibilities: 
*Handle all kinds of requests throughout order process: before sale, order processing, and payment issue. Answer all kinds of products problems patiently; 
*Follow up the order before products get delivered, in order to reduce the possibilities of unexpected situation;
*Coordinate with other teams and contact clients for the unexpected situations through our order process.
 
Requirements:
*Bachelor degrees or above; 
*Good commands of the following languages: French, Dutch, Spanish ,Swedish,Norwegian or Portuguese; 
*Open minded, good communication skills; 
*Dedicated to Customer Service work, responsible and teamwork spirit should be with; 
*Customer Service working experience will be preferred. 
 
Position：Online Marketing Manager- SEM 
Based place：Beijing
Responsibilities: 
*Lead the team to develop and complete the search engine channel marketing plans and goals of language website;
*To lead and guide the team to complete the daily advertising optimization, multilingual website on the charge of Traffics, CTR, CPA is responsible for various business KPI; 
*According to market feedback and advertising performance, and further expansion of channel marketing strategy to find more breakthrough point; 
*Study SEM techniques and to guide the team put in the work, research user habits, do keywords research, making the team to a higher level. 
 
Requirements:  
*Bachelor degree or above, a focus in e-commerce is preferred; 
*Good commands of the languages; 
*2 years of experience running Google Adwords ,need the experience to lead the team; 
*Excellent data analysis capabilities, good at summing up the law from the mass data; 
*On the number of sensitive, acute powers of observation, the accumulated data can be found in time according to the potential problems; 
*Learning ability, and response capability; 
*With the leadership, good team work to improve motivation; 
*Love the Internet, professionalism, good communication and coordination, work and meticulous, with a high degree of responsibility.
