各分中心，各留学人员创业园、孵化器、科技园，各有关单位：　　根据《北京海外学人中心关于2016年北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报工作的通知》精神，北京海外学人中心将于近期开展第二十批(2016年第三批)北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：　　一、第二十批(2016年第三批)北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报工作中有关申报人员、申报条件、提交材料、申报程序等方面的要求按照《北京海外学人中心关于2016年北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报工作的通知》有关规定执行。　　二、第十九批(2016年第二批)初审合格但申请延期答辩的申请人，如满足申报条件须重新填写、报送《北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报表》，不必再次报送《申报表》以外的申报附件材料。2015年及2016年第一批答辩未通过的申请人，如满足申报条件(不包括已参加过两次答辩的申请人及2016年第二批答辩未过的申请人)可重新申报材料。　　三、第二十批(2016年第三批)北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金网上申报及申报材料接收时间为2016年10月8日至2016年10月14日。　　联 系 人：李强 常丽悦(网络技术联系人)　　联系电话：58540572 58858680(网络技术联系电话)　　电子信箱：liqiang@8610hr.cn　　地 址：北京市西城区德胜门外大街83号德胜国际中心B座6层　　邮 编：100088　　附：　　1、《北京海外学人中心关于2016年北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报工作的通知》　　2、《北京市留学人员创办企业开办费资助资金申报人员汇总表》　　北京海外学人中心　　2016年9月18日
