1.Develop marketing strategy for different territories and monitor the execution 为不同区域开发市场战略和监督执行
2.Provide marketing supports to sales team, like marketing materials ,poster,banners, leaflets etc 为销售团队提供市场支持，如市场方面材料，海报，标语， 传单等
3.Managethemarketingactivitieslikefarmersday,demoplot,fieldday,market survey etc.管理市场活动，如农户日，实验点，田间日，市场调查等
4.Set up data base for product performance in different crops and areas建立 不同作物和区域产品绩效的数据库
5.Monitorthedevelopmentoflocalagriculturemarketandgovernment policy and farmer’s practices.监督开发本地化农业市场，关注政府政策和农户 实践
6.Keyaneyeonindustrialdevelopment,likenewproductandtechnology Key qualifications ：
1.communication in English能用英文沟通
2.At least 5 years Sales & Marketing management experiences至少 5 年销 售和市场管理经验
