<P style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt">岗位职责：</P>
<DIV class="content content-word">1. Product development regarding PMDC motor for Engine Air Applications. 2. Work as team leader for coaching the junior staffs 3. Support for customer situation and production improvement 4. Support VAVE program, follow TS16949 procedures, APQP, FMEA, QFD and productizing 5. Work closely with project management team to optimize lead time of the validation and implementation. 6. Follow up testing or validation in lab for design validation. 7. Communicate with the internal and external parties to facilitate the project development.</DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">任职资格：</DIV>
<DIV class="content content-word">1. Bachelor degree or above with the major of mechanical or electrical. 2. More than 8 years mechanical design experiences in Motor or motor related industry 3. General knowledge of quality and process improvement tools such as FMEA, DOE, SPC, 6 WHY, 7QC tools, etc. 4. Good problem solving skill and execution with limited time and resources. 5. Good interpersonal skills 6. Can command oral English</DIV>
