<DIV>Me to We in China is seeking a Business development officer to grow our Volunteer </DIV>
<DIV>Trips and Youth Leadership programs. As a natural driver, the Business development </DIV>
<DIV>officer works to build relationships with schools and corporate clients, finding new </DIV>
<DIV>clients and growing our sales pipeline of new prospects. We are looking for someone that </DIV>
<DIV>has an engaging personality with strong written and oral communication skills. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The position is based out of Me to We’s office (Jing an District) in Shanghai. If you are </DIV>

<DIV>Principal Responsibilities: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Business Development </DIV>
<DIV>• Work into developing long lasting business relationships with schools and corporate </DIV>
<DIV>clients. </DIV>
<DIV>• Analyse and create ways to integrate clients’ corporate strategy and school programs. </DIV>
<DIV>• Outreach to new clients and strategic partnerships with business organisations and </DIV>
<DIV>chambers of commerce. Provide clients support and follow-up throughout the </DIV>
<DIV>relationship. </DIV>
<DIV>• Prepare and host engaging presentations, pitching Leadership program, Leadership </DIV>
<DIV>Volunteer trips and Academy program to new and existing school clients, confidently </DIV>
<DIV>communicating Me to We Trip value. </DIV>
<DIV>• Consistently look for and execute on opportunities to cross sell other Me to We </DIV>
<DIV>products and services. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Requirements: </DIV>
<DIV>An articulate, self-motivated team player with proven past success in building client </DIV>
<DIV>relationships, as well as strong will to share knowledge and make a positive influence, </DIV>
<DIV>you possess the following skills and attributes: </DIV>
<DIV>• Bachelor’s degree. </DIV>
<DIV>• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in both Chinese and English, with </DIV>
<DIV>the ability to communicate the information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner at </DIV>
<DIV>all levels. </DIV>
<DIV>• Strong ability to identify new opportunities and think creatively to improve our sales </DIV>
<DIV>strategies and tactics at every stage of the engagement process. </DIV>
<DIV>• Very creative individual with the ability to introduce course content in proactive </DIV>
<DIV>activities and workshops. </DIV>
<DIV>• Friendly, outgoing self-starter with the ability to engage clients. </DIV>
<DIV>• Reliable individual with good knowledge of Chinese culture and environment. </DIV>
<DIV>• High degree of flexibility; open to working evenings and weekends as needed. </DIV>
<DIV>• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to succeed with minimal </DIV>
<DIV>supervision. </DIV>
<DIV>• Great attention to detail and organizational ability. </DIV>
<DIV>• Powerful work ethic, both as a team member, but also as a self-starter. </DIV>
